Family House Announces New Executive Director

Family House is pleased to announce Kathy Lachenauer as their new Executive Director. Family House is the largest health care hospitality house in the country. Since its inception in 1983, Family House has provided affordable and convenient accommodations for patients and their families who are receiving treatment at Pittsburgh-area hospitals. Lachenauer, who has a passion for philanthropy, marketing and development, comes to Family House after 15 years at Carnegie Mellon University, most recently as the Associate Vice President for University Advancement. Family House welcomes Lachenauer to their team and is eager to utilize her expertise to enhance community relationships and philanthropic partnerships for the organization.
