THE HUNT is a drama from Denmark The movie is about Lucas who is starting to get his life back together again. He’s just been divorced and recently lost his job. He gets a job helping at kindergarten . The kids all like him, especially Klara. One day she does something inappropriate. Lucas tells her so. She then makes up a story, which takes on a life of its own. After Klara has seen what her lie has done, she admits to the mistake. By this time the adults have already made up their mind against Lucas. The adults don‘t believe she made up a story because children don’t lie. This movie has won 29 awards and nominated for 36 others, including an Academy Award. The movie is a frightening example of how suspicion can spread through an otherwise decent community.
