Ivory Avenue Near Ross Closed For Two Months

The Ivory Avenue closure means more frustration for North Hills motorists.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Two months of headaches for North Hills motorists began Monday with the closing of Ivory Avenue near Ross between Perry Highway and Nelson Run Road. The work will occur only on weekdays, but the road will be closed for the project’s duration.

Traffic will be detoured using Perry Highway, Cemetery Lane, Babcock Boulevard and McKnight Road. The road work is being done as part of an $8.3 million capital roads reconstruction project addressing eight Allegheny County roads.
