Man Charged With Indecent Exposure In Ross Has Hearing Date Moved
A North Side man accused of inappropriate behavior has had his preliminary hearing delayed.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — A North Side man faces a preliminary hearing in January after being arrested in July for touching himself in his vehicle at the McKnight Road GetGo in July.
Kinsey Basko, 38, is charged with open lewdness and indecent exposure. His hearing, originally scheduled for this week, has been postponed until Jan. 12. Court records don't list a reason for the delay.
A criminal complaint states that a police officer found Basko watching pornography on his phone. When asked to explain his behavior, Basko responded he was "taking care of business" before apologizing, WPXI-TV reported.
