New Appliance/Electronics Retailer Opens Saturday In Ross
The H.H. Gregg store in Ross Towne Center is the fourth to open in the Pittsburgh area.

and residents looking for new appliances, electronics, televisions, computers, mattresses and more will have a new place to shop starting Saturday.
A new H.H. Gregg store will open at 10 a.m. in the building formerly occupied by in at 7377 McKnight Road.
Back in February, the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board for increased signage for the new store. At the time, Joel Coslov, the manager of COFAL Partners, which represented the owners of the Towne Center, said the lack of visibility was one of the main complaints of Office Depot, and one of the reasons the store closed in September.

While the “soft” opening is set for Saturday, a grand opening is scheduled for July 12, according to company spokeswoman Allison Monat.
The new store will have 40 employees and Monat was not clear whether there are still positions available. She did say that “H.H. Gregg never turns away applications for store associates” and anyone wishing to apply can submit a resume at http://www.hhgregg.com/careers.

Asked what distinguished H.H. Gregg from other retailers such as Sears, Best Buy, and the now closed Circuit City, Monat said it came down to customer service.
“Customers love shopping at H.H. Gregg because of our highly trained store associates that can help them make the most educated decisions on new appliances and electronic,” she said. “H. H. Gregg store associates receive ongoing product training throughout the year on all of the latest technologies.”
H.H. Gregg has stores in Cranberry, Robinson, and Monroeville.
The H.H. Gregg Company was founded in 1955, in Indianapolis, IN by Henry Harold Gregg and his wife Fansy. It went public in 2007 and now has over 190 stores in 17 states.
