Next For Northway: Furniture Stores, Healthy Eateries, Cycling Boutique
Kirkland's, Jason's Deli, CycleBar among tenants arriving this year.

ROSS, PA - The reinvention of Pennsylvania’s first enclosed mall continues, with a half-dozen new tenants slated to open this year at The Block Northway.
Akron-based LRC Realty, which purchased the struggling mall at the intersection of McKnight Road and Babcock Boulevard in 2012, announced the impending arrivals as part of its ongoing turnaround effort. They are:
- Eighteen Eight, an upscale men’s salon.
- Kirkland’s, a home decor chain specializing in furnishings, accessories and gifts.
- Jason’s Deli, a chain that emphasizes a healthy diet and whose menu items contain no artificial trans fat, processed MSG, high-fructose corn syrup, dyes or artificial colors and flavors.
- CoreLife Eatery, a restaurant chain for people with active and healthy lifestyles whose menu focuses on greens, grains and bone broth.
- Bassett, a Virginia-based furniture store that has sold hand-produced merchandise for more than 100 years.
- CycleBar, a premium indoor cycling boutique.
Jason’s and CycleBar will be in an outparcel near the Aldi grocery store. Jason’s, which has a Cranberry location, is the only new arrival that currently has a Pittsburgh-area presence.
