NHAA - Winter Season Player Conditioning

The North Hills Athletic Association will be offering winter season baseball and softball player development and conditioning for all age groups.

NH365
will run January thru March, and will emphasize teaching the fundamentals of the game with indoor practices and drills focusing on:

  • Fielding (at each defensive position)
  • Pitching (including pick-offs and balks)
  • Base running (leading, stealing)
  • Hitting (including bunting)
The introductory package is $40 per player, and includes four 1-hour long sessions at a local indoor facility. Additional sessions may be offered if player interest dictates.

Each participant will also receive a FREE NH365 t-shirt.

NH365 is for players who love the game and want to continue to improve and grow during the long winter months.

If your child is interested, online registration is now available at nhaasports.com. The registration form is also available for download.

NH365 is open to non-NHAA players.
