North Hills has finally announced its new delay schedule. This should have been made available when the new start times were decided. I'm not surprised that Mr. Mannarino continues to make up how the school is run as he goes along. The new delay schedule has the high school starting at 8:50 and the bus runs starting 1 1/2 hours later than a regular day. The buses get to the high school now at 6:45 for a 7:20 start. So now the buses arrive at 8:15 on a delay day? How is this going to effect traffic on bad mornings. Thats 35 minutes after school started last year. I thought the purpose of a delay was to allow the road crews to clear the roads without the added problems the buses create. Pat and his puppets don't listen to suggestions. They have meetings then do what they want. The lack of foresight shines through once again. Good job. Vote in a new school board that will oversee the puppet show instead of rubber stamping everything. What's next?
