North Hills Getting New Independent Bookstore
Riverstone Books expects to open in mid-October.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - The North Hills is getting a new independent bookstore. Riverstone Books will open in mid-October at McCandless Crossing in McCandless. The 2,700-square foot store, which currently is under construction, will be on Duncan Avenue between Panea Bread and Supercuts.
“Bookstore customers are looking for community, as well as a good read,” says Kevin
Dougherty of McCandless Crossing landlord Adventure Champion Partnership. “We are excited to welcome Riverstone Books to our community and enhance our strong public school and library support in the North Hills.”
The store's Facebook page indcates 10,000 books will be arriving there next week.
