North Hills Middle School Student Struck By Vehicle

A North Hills Middle School student was hit by the vehicle Monday morning while walking to a bus stop.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — A North Hills Middle School students was struck by a vehicle while walking to the bus stop Monday morning.

According to the district, the student was walking along Thompson Run Road around 7:15 a.m.
and appears to have stepped into the road, making contact with a passing vehicle.

According to the initial report, the student suffered minor scrapes, bumps and bruises.

The student was assisted home by a family member and taken to the hospital as precaution.

North Hills School District police officers are assisting Ross police with the investigation.
