North Hills School District 2019-20: What You Need To Know
The new school year is right around the corner. Here's the info you need to help prepare for it.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - It might seem as though summer just started, but look at the calendar. It won't be long at all before it's time for kids to go back to school.
Here's what the North Hills School District wants you to know about the 2019-20 school year, which begins Aug. 20:
- School Day Schedules
Elementary Schools

- Highcliff Elementary: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- McIntyre Elementary: 9:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
- Ross Elementary: 9:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
- West View Elementary: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Available at Highcliff and West View Elementary Schools starting at 6:45 a.m. and at McIntyre and Ross Elementary Schools starting at 7:15 a.m. The Morning Care program costs $3.50 per day. After-School Care is available until 6 p.m.
Secondary Schools

- North Hills High School: 7:20 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- North Hills Middle School: 7:50 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
Transportation
Transportation postcards indicating student bus stops with pick up and drop off times will be mailed in early August.
If you are aware that your student will need a bus stop change, please notify the district as soon as possible. Advance notice allows the tansportation department to create the best and most efficient routes for students.
Parents may request a bus stop change for their child by completing bus stop change request form on the transportation website. The form will be automatically emailed to our transportation office.
All requests must include student's name, home phone number, school, grade, current bus stop, requested bus stop and reason for the request. All requests will be evaluated, and you will be notified of the decision.
