North Hills School District Offers More Reopening Details
The district has released a video explaining how it plans to proceed during the coming school year.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — North Hills School District superintendent Patrick Mannarino has released a video further detailing how the district plans to reopen for the 2020-21 school year. In the video, Mannarino concedes that much remains up in the air regarding how the district will operate.
The superintendent acknowledged that when school directors next meet on July 23, "We will not be ready to talking about the operational plan on how the district plans to open - whether it will be traditional, hybrid, blended or virtual. I think we need to see what the data looks like coming out of Allegheny County and particularly the Ross and West View communities, and then at that point we can begin to determine how the district is going to open for our first day of school on Aug. 25."
