One Hot Cookie Coming To Ross Park Mall

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Ohio-based One Hot Cookie will open its first Pittsburgh location later this month. The store specializes in hot cookies and brownies, baked fresh daily and topped with homemade frosting and an array of toppings that’s served over gourmet ice cream.

“We’ve been looking for several months in different areas of the city and felt like the Ross Park Mall was the best fit for our first PA location,” company founder and president Bergen Giordani said in a statement. “My daughter, co-founder and vice-president, Morgen Reamer, and I are originally from Pennsylvania, so when the time came for expansion outside of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and especially Pittsburgh was our first choice.”

Founded in 2013, One Hot Cookie’s Ohio locations are in Youngstown, Boardman and Niles.
