Parkway North Off-Ramp Work To Trigger Traffic Stoppages

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Prepare for some lengthy delays Friday if you’re exiting the Parkway North at the McKnight Road off-ramp. PennDOT will require traffic stoppages of as long as 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. as crews prepare for upcoming concrete replacement work.
The northbound I-279 off-ramp to Evergreen Road will remain open and serve as the alternate route. Here’s how you’ll need to go:
- From northbound I-279, take the McKnight Road/Evergreen Road (Exit 4) off-ramp.
- Take the ramp to Evergreen Drive.
- Turn left onto Evergreen Road.
- Turn right onto McKnight Road.
- End detour.
