Richard Cook

I sure hope you get a good replacement for Richard Cook. He was not only on top of events and news he was very conscientious about his job. The reason I say that I was having trouble with the patch web site and he called me at home  during the evening hours on his personal time to explain the web site to me. And by the way I never met Richard or do I know him but I liked his work. Good luck Richard.
