On Friday, December 16, 2011, Richard M. Truxal, age 75, of McCandless Twp., formerly of Flint, MI, passed away. He was the beloved husband of Susan L. Truxal; father of 3 and step-father of 3; brother of Dorinda Thompson, of NJ; grandfather of 3 and great-grandfather of 1. Friends will be received Monday 4-7 PM at Simons Funeral Home, Inc., 7720 Perry Hwy. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Family Hospice &amp; Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15243.
