Ross Park Mall Gets One Of Nation's First Macy's Story Shops
Story will sell products based around concepts that will change several times a year.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - The Ross Park Mall's Macy's store is one of 36 nationwide to launch Story, a 1,500-square-foot shop that will change its concept and inventory every few months. If successful at the initial three dozen stores, Story will be incorporated into all Macy's stores.
Labeled by Macy's as a "narrative-driven retail concept shop," the first Story concept will be color. The department store chain is providing consumers with the opportunity to experience color lor through a rainbow of curated, giftable products and more than 300 color-inspired events.
"Story gives new customers a fresh reason to visit our stores and gives the current Macy’s customer even more reason to come back again and again throughout the year,” Macy's CEO
Jeff Gennette said in a statement. “We’re excited about the potential for Story and are happy to be launching it."
