Ross Park Mall Redevelopment Plans Hit Snag
Simon Properties outlined the expansion plans to Ross commissioners Monday.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Plans to add new retail and restaurants and a movie theater to Ross Park Mall have been put on hold for at least a month.
Citing safety concerns, Ross commissioners tabled an expansion plan outlined Monday by mall owner Simon Properties. The company wants to demolish the former Sears store, replacing it with a new three-story building and a stand-alone two story building. Those buildings would house the new shops and cinema, as well as a new fitness facility.
Simon also plans to relocate the mall food court.
