Slow Going Again On The Parkway North This Weekend

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - North Hills motorists could experience delays getting Downtown this weekend as southbound lane restrictions once again will be in place on the Parkway North.

PennDOT plans to reduce three lanes of southbound traffic to a single lane on the parkway mainline between the Venture Street and the North 28 East Street interchanges from 7 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Monday. One southbound mainline lane and the southbound High Occupancy Vehicle lane will remain open to traffic.

Crews will be conducting bridge repair work as part of an ongoing $88 million parkway improvement project that is focused on the southbound lanes this year.
