Thompson Run Road Closed For Landslide Fix
The detour will be in place for an extended period.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - If you regularly travel Thompson Run Road, prepare for an extended detour. Thompson run between West Sutter Road and Russell Road has closed 23 for road stabilization after the
recent landslide and will remain closed until the end of June.
The road has been restricted to single-lane traffic since the Feb. 21 landslide. Work to be performed includes the excavation of materials, rock placement to stabilize the hillside, new drainage system and utility relocation.
Traffic will be detoured using McIntyre Road, McKnight Road and Siebert Road.
