Visions For Vacancy: 7500 & 7504 McKnight Road
Two vacant properties, sitting side by side on McKnight Road, what would you like to see go there?
7500 McKnight had been home to a Valvoline instant oil change center for many years, after the company bought the property in 1991. According to the Allegheny County Real estate web site, the building and 18,230 square foot lot are worth $412,000.
The property is currently on the market for $325,000 and is listed by CB Richard Ellis.
7504 McKnight Road is the former, longtime home of McKnight generator/alternator service, and more recently Pittsburgh Custom Wheelz.
