"Walk Live" with Leslie Sansone.

Each class consists of a 3-mile indoor walk completed in 45 minutes and lead by a certified "Walk Live" instructor.  No registration required; pay $5 for each class as you attend.  Appropriate for men, women,  teens, and children.  Using only four basic steps, participants get a heart-pumping, calorie-torching aerobic workout using music to keep the pace.  Participants will use all muscles in the body by incorporating simple arm movements, build intensity of the workout, and provide strength training.  No fancy workout clothes required: all you need are a good pair of walking shoes, comfortable clothes, a towel, and a bottle of water.
