West View Elementary's $2.3 Million HVAC project Still Work in Progress
Administrators said they hoped to complete it for the start of the 2011-12 school year, but equipment shipment issues delayed the project. Deadline is now mid-October.

The $2.3 million project to improve heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment at is slated for completion in mid-October, according to project manager Jon Thomas of Thomas and Williamson Program Management.
A total of three roof units and 12 ceiling mounted air conditioning units are being installed after school hours.
Installation should be complete by Sept. 28 and will be followed by a few weeks of balancing before the project can be declared finished, said Thomas at Monday’s North Hills School District’s Board of Directors work session meeting.
