West View Man Pleads Guilty To Cocaine Charges

A West View man faces a potentially lengthy prison term for distributing cocaine.

WEST VIEW, PA — A West View man is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty in federal court to two cocaine distribution charges.

Law enforcement officials had Curtis Foskey, 52, on physical and electronic surveillance in 2017. He was found to be discussing and distributing 480 grams of cocaine, U.S. Attorney Cindy Chung's office said.

Foskey will be sentenced in August. He faces as much as 30 years in prison and a $2 million fine.
