Wexford Man Charged In Ross Sunoco Burglary

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — Police early Tuesday arrested a man a police officer observed him crawling through the bottom of a broken glass door of the Sunoco at the intersection of Seibert Road and and Babcock Boulevard.

Dominick Toth, 24, of Wexford, was taken into custody after exiting the business and dropping a crowbar and a black bag containing 11 cartons of cigarettes.

Toth faces charges of burglary and possessing instruments of crime.

Toth also is a suspect in two earlier attempted burglaries in Cranberry, police said. Toth's alleged targets included the GetGo on Perry Highway and the Super Mini Mart on Freedom Road. He was unable to enter either retailer, police said.
