Wingstop Returns To Pittsburgh, Ross Location Opening Soon
The popular chicken wing chain is back in Pittsburgh after a five-year absence.

PLEASANT HILLS, PA — Wingstop is making another go of it in the Pittsburgh market, five years after its last chicken wing was served here.
The chain's revival locally began Monday with a location opening at 10 Old Clairton Road. Two other Wingstops will debut early next year, one at 1609 Braddock Avenue in Swissvale and one at 4855 McKnight Road in Ross, the Pittsburgh Business Times reported.
According to its website, Wingstop began in 1994 as a small, buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, TX. Today there are more than 1,500 Wingstops worldwide.
