Whitehall, Pa.— Whitehall Township Industrial & Commercial Development Authority (WTICDA) appoints Charles Smith, Jr. of Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. Attorneys at Law as the organization’s solicitor.

Smith has 24 years of practical legal experience. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Lehigh County and assistant editor of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section’s newsletter. Smith, a resident of Upper Saucon Township, belongs to the Upper Saucon Township Planning Commission and the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association. He is an active alumnus of Lafayette College and is a member of the Career Services Committee.
