North Whitehall Plans Fun Day for Seniors

North Whitehall is calling all seniors in North Whitehall, South Whitehall and Upper Macungie townships and Northwestern Lehigh County to join in a day of fun and relaxation.

The eighth annual Senior Citizen Day will be held for those 60-plus on Thursday, Sept. 13, at the Schnecksville Fire Company, Old Packhouse Road, Schnecksville.

 Here's what's planned:

• Football Throw
• Disc Golf & Golf Putting Green
• Ladder, Ring, Washer & Tire Hoop Toss
• Miniature Golf at Spring Hill
• Jaindl Tour with ride on Tijuana Taxi
• Bean Bags & Horseshoes
• Dart Game w/Velcro Balls

Also, flu shots will be available, and vendors will be on hand with information for seniors, according to the township newsletter

A hot lunch will be served.

Winners of sporting games will receive medals. Bingo will have prizes.

It's free, but donations are accepted.
