Celmer Wins North Whitehall Supervisor GOP Nomination
Richard Celmer unseats incumbent Mark Hills Jr. for the Republican nomination for North Whitehall Supervisor in Tuesday's primary.

Richard Celmer unseated incumbent Mark H. Hills Jr. for the Republican nomination for a two-year term on the North Whitehall Board of Supervisors, according to unofficial tallies.
Celmer garnered 358 votes to Hill's 315, according to unofficial tallies posted on the Lehigh County election results site.
Celmer will face Democrat Sam L. Neas, who was unopposed in the primary, in the November general election.
