Cops: Man Slapped Girlfriend with Ham, Cheese
The man was sent to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of bail.
A North Whitehall man has been arrested and charged with slapping his girlfriend with a bag of ham and cheese, according to media reports.
Stephen Fertal V, 26, was charged with with simple assault and harassment on Tuesday and was sent to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of bail, The Express Times reported.
Pennsylvania State Police were called to the 1000 block of Aspen Street about 10 p.m. Monday, The Express Times said, where Sharon Smith told police that she had been attacked.
