LCCC Announces Winners of Annual Foundation Clay Shoot

The Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) Foundation held its 13th Annual Scholarship Clay Shoot on Friday, April 29, at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays in Coplay, Pa. This year, with the generosity of sponsors and participants, the Foundation raised nearly $12,000 for scholarships.

Again this year, LCCC challenged attendees to step up their game by offering the opportunity to shoot on the beginner course or the intermediate course. The event was a great example of community coming together to help our youth and returning adult students gain access to LCCC through the Foundation’s General Scholarship Fund. Winners of the 2016 LCCC Foundation Clay Shoot and their scores are as follows:

Green Course (beginner)

1st Place – Williams HVAC 329

2nd Place – Snyder Family 322

3rd Place – Tustin Mechanical 303

Blue Course (intermediate)

1st Place – Wittig CPA’s 329

2nd Place – Service Electric 291

3rd Place – Honeywell 284
