LCCC Offers a Culinary Class On Creating Vegetarian Comfort Foods

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) offers a culinary class on creating vegetarian comfort food dishes.

Students learn to create soul-satisfying soups, casseroles and irresistible suppers, all without the presence of meat, through hands-on instruction.

The Vegetarian Comfort Food class is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30, from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. at Whitehall High School. Tuition is $25, and a $10 materials fee payable to the instructor applies.
