LCCC Offers Bloomsburg University Advising Sessions
LCCC Offers Bloomsburg University Advising Sessions on Nov. 14 and Dec. 6
Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) graduates interested in the technical leadership bachelor’s degree offered through Bloomsburg University will have an opportunity to attend advising sessions on Monday, Nov. 14, and Tuesday, Dec. 6. Both sessions are held from 3 to 7 p.m., in the Technology Center Room 205 at the college’s main campus in Schnecksville, Pa. Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania offers the Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Leadership (BASTL) on the LCCC campus through a partnership between the two institutions. The degree program focuses on career advancement, is designed for working professionals and affordable.
The BASTL program builds on the student’s knowledge developed in LCCC’s associate degree program by providing leadership and supervisory skills that employers seek when hiring and promoting. Since it is based at LCCC, students will also be able to receive a degree from BU without having to travel to Bloomsburg.
