LCCC Offers July 21 Employer Information Session on Workforce and Leadership Training Programs at the Carbon County CareerLink

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer an employer information session on July 21, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Carbon County CareerLink located at 69 Broadway, Jim Thorpe, Pa. The information session will focus on a variety of educational programs listed below, as well as a new noncredit seminar in Workplace Safety specifically developed for business and industry.

LCCC has been providing leadership and job training programs for many years in Carbon County and is a trusted source used by business and industry for workplace training. The programs are available to employers to equip front-line employees, supervisors and managers with effective workplace skills to strengthen their organization. The following courses are available and can be customized for any business.

At the mobile training site located on the LCCC Tamaqua campus, the college also offers several programs in advanced manufacturing. These programs include Production Technician, Industrial Automation and Programmable Logic Controllers.
