LCCC Offers LEOSA Retired Law Enforcement Officer ID Certification

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) offers Retired Law Enforcement Officer Identification Certification in compliance with the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) and, Act 79, the Retired Law Enforcement Identification Act (RLEIA).  

Certification allows exemption for qualified current and retired law enforcement officers from state laws prohibiting the carrying of concealed weapons from state to state while traveling. Certification courses are scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 and Wednesday, June 25, from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at LCCC Main Campus in Schnecksville. Tuition is $60.
