LCCC Offers New Classes Teaching Culinary Skills for Fall 2016
Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer new classes in culinary skills for individuals who are passionate about cooking. These noncredit offerings will be held in the college’s commercial kitchen at the main campus in Schnecksville, Pa. The following courses are part of LCCC’s Chef’s Corner series.
Chef Skills: Knife Skills Thursdays, Sept. 22 & 29
6-8 p.m. Cost: $105
