LCCC Offers New Classes Teaching Culinary Skills

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer new classes in culinary skills for individuals who are passionate about cooking. These noncredit offerings will be held in the college’s commercial kitchen at the main campus in Schnecksville, Pa. The following courses are part of LCCC’s Chef’s Corner series.

Chef Skills: Knife Skills Thursdays, Sept. 22 & 29

6-8 p.m. Cost: $105

Chef Skills: Salads Thursday, Oct. 6

6-9 p.m. Cost: $80

Chef Skills: Stocks and Sauces Thursdays, Nov. 3 & 10

6-9 p.m. Cost: $155

Chef Skills: Basic Cooking Technique Thursdays, Dec. 1 & 8

6-9 p.m. Cost: $155
