LCCC Offers Noncredit Cooking Classes - Learn how to garnish dishes, bake desserts, prepare items and freeze for later, knife skills, etc.

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a variety of noncredit cooking and baking classes to the community on a convenient and flexible schedule. Due to COVID-19 restrictions all classes will be held at the Schnecksville campus. All tuitions include a materials fee, payable upon registration.

Knife Skills – Friday, Sept. 4, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $70

Essential Stocks – Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. Fee is $70

New! The Art of Parfaits – Tuesday, Dec. 1, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $55

Basic Techniques of Garnishing – Friday, Dec. 4, from 6 to 9 p.m. Fee is $80

Please make note that classes may transition to remote at any time due to the guidelines put in place for COVID-19, and participants will be contacted via email or phone.
