LCCC Offers Noncredit Cooking Classes for Fall 2020

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a variety of noncredit cooking and baking classes to the community on a convenient and flexible schedule. Due to COVID-19 restrictions all classes will be held at the Schnecksville campus. All tuitions include a materials fee, payable upon registration.

Knife Skills – Friday, Sept. 4, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $70

Vegan Cooking – Monday, Oct. 5, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $70

Essential Stocks – Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. Fee is $70

French Tarts – Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 6 to 9 p.m. Fee is $80

Vegan Cooking – Wednesday, Nov. 4, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $70

Cupcake – Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $55

New! The Art of Parfaits – Tuesday, Dec. 1, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $55

Basic Techniques of Garnishing – Friday, Dec. 4, from 6 to 9 p.m. Fee is $80
