LCCC Offers Noncredit Professional Pastry Class on Cupcake Decoration

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) offers a noncredit pastry class for those interested in decorating cupcakes.

Students learn the techniques applied by professional pastry chefs for decorating stunning cupcakes. The hands-on class is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. at Whitehall High School. Tuition is $25, and a $5 materials fee payable to the instructor applies.
