LCCC Offers Nutrition and Foodservice Professional Program Training

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a professional training program for individuals already working in institutional foodservice at its main campus in Schnecksville. Students will be able to prepare for management positions as Certified Dietary Managers in one year. Cost includes textbook. Payment options include a program package pricing of $1,700 (savings of $150) or four payments made between August 2018 and January 2019. The following courses will be offered:

Orientation Cost - $38

Monday, Aug. 13, from 7 to 8 p.m.

Sanitation Cost - $159

Saturday, Aug. 25 ad Sept. 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Administration Cost - $527

Saturday, Sept. 22 through Dec. 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Management Cost - $417

Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018 through March 9, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Nutrition Cost - $572

Saturday, March 23 through June 15, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Review - Certification Cost - $138

Tuesday, Aug. 6-27, 2019, from 6 to 9 p.m.
