LCCC Partners to Offer Noncredit Cooking Classes

Through partnerships with Parkland, Catasauqua and Whitehall School Districts, Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a variety of noncredit cooking classes to the community on a convenient and flexible schedule. Locations vary; additional materials fees may apply and are payable to the instructor. 30-Minute Meals – Wednesday, Sept. 28, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $45

Knife Skills – Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $35

Cheeses of Europe – Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $45

Cheesemaking I – Wednesday, Oct. 19, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30

Cheesemaking II – Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $40

Vegetarian Comfort Food – Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $45

Kiffles – Tuesday, Dec. 6, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30

Kiffles – Wednesday, Dec. 7, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30

Soup du Jour – Wednesday, Dec. 14, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $45

Nut Roll – Tuesday, Dec. 20, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30
