LCCC Partners to Offer Noncredit Cooking Classes for Fall 2018

Through partnerships with Parkland, Catasauqua Area and Whitehall-Coplay School Districts, Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a variety of noncredit cooking classes to the community on a convenient and flexible schedule. Locations vary; additional materials fees may apply and are payable to the instructor. All tuitions include a materials fee, payable upon registration. 30-Minute Meals – Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $62

Knife Skills – Wednesday, Oct. 3, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $42

Cheesemaking I – Wednesday, Oct. 10, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $47

Cheeses of Europe – Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $62

Cheesemaking II – Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $62

Vegetarian Comfort Food – Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $64

A couples cooking class, The Tastes of Italy will be held Thursday, Oct. 18, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at LCCC’s main campus in Schnecksville. Fee is $52 per person.
