LCCC Partners to Offer Noncredit Cooking Classes for Spring 2017

Through partnerships with Parkland, Catasauqua Area and Whitehall-Coplay School Districts, Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a variety of noncredit cooking classes to the community on a convenient and flexible schedule. Locations vary; additional materials fees may apply and are payable to the instructor. Nut Roll – Tuesday, March 14, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30

Kiffles – Tuesday, March 21, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30

Knife Skills – Wednesday, March 22, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $35

Kiffles – Wednesday, March 29, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30

Cheesemaking I – Wednesday, April 12, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30

Cheesemaking II – Wednesday, April 19, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $40

30-Minute Meals – Wednesday, April 26, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $45

Cheeses of Europe – Wednesday, May 3, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $45

A new couples cooking class will be offered this semester, Date Night: Sushi 101. Choose from Thursday, April 6 or Friday April 21. Both classes meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at LCCC’s main campus in Schnecksville. Fee is $30 per person.
