Nighttime Restrictions on Route 309 This Week
PennDOT cautions drivers to use caution when driving through the Route 309 work zone and to expect delays.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation plans the following work this week on Route 309 in North Whitehall. The work is part of the ongoing $5.5 million Route 309 and Sand Spring Road/Orchard Road Intersection Improvement Project that began in January.
- Road: Route 309 between Sand Spring Road and Game Preserve Road
- Type of Work: Construction
- Date: Sunday to Friday, May 12-17, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Restriction: Nighttime restrictions. Expect delays and
use caution driving through the work zone, PennDOT cautions. - Rain will cause delays.
