North Whitehall Patch Election Results 2012
North Whitehall voters experienced long lines Tuesday.
North Whitehall voters experienced long lines during Tuesday's election but spirits seemed high, especially at the Northern Valley Ambulance Building on Levans Road where many walked out with home-made pie.
The NOVA polling place, easily the largest of the four in North Whitehall, had lines across the parking lot and into the field behind the building soon after opening at 7 a.m.
Yafen Sun, was there about noon and she was voting for the first time since becoming a U.S. citizen about a year ago. For her it was an exciting process and the half-hour wait didn't dampen her spirits.
