Schnecksville Motorcyclist Killed After Being Hit by SUV
Police say an SUV driver hit a motorcycle Friday evening and the motorcyclist later died at a hospital.

A Schnecksville man driving a motorcycle died Friday after a crash with an SUV in Washington Township.
Timothy Reichard, 52, and his passenger, Judy Lynn Olewine, 50, of Schnecksville, were thrown from their bike when they were hit by a Chevrolet Equinox driven by Jayson Wagner, 63, of Quakertown shortly before 3 p.m., according to a press release from state police.

Police say Wagner failed to obey a stop sign at Park Avenue and Oakwood Lane and then hit the motorcycle's front left bumper. The crash sent the motorcycle into a field where it then hit a street sign.
Reichard and Olewine were taken to Lehigh Valley Hopsital-Cedar Crest where Reichard later died.

Olewine was in critical condition late Friday, according to a Morning Call report.
Police have not yet said if charges will be filed.
