12 Steps for Living Life

Life doesn't have to be over complicated. In fact, life should be done simply.

  • Accept ~ where you are
  • Acknowledge ~ what needs to change
  • Adjust ~ your thoughts/explore perceptions
  • Alignment ~ with true identity
  • Applaud ~ yourself regularly/create reward program
  • Appreciate ~ what you have/gratitude
  • Announce ~ your plan to people in your life
  • Adopt ~ someone who is in need of a mentor/get a partner
  • Accountability ~ will be created
  • Anchor ~ yourself in stability/tie up anything that isn’t secure in your life ~ relationships, jobs, thoughts….
  • Attitude ~ toward life, self, relationships, is explored
  • AMEN! ~ Consistent, deliberate, focused behavior! AMEN for new thoughts, new habits, new ideas, NEW FRIENDS
