- Announce ~ your plan to people in your life
- Adopt ~ someone who is in need of a mentor/get a partner
- Accountability ~ will be created
- Anchor ~ yourself in stability/tie up anything that isn’t secure in your life ~ relationships, jobs, thoughts….
- Attitude ~ toward life, self, relationships, is explored
- AMEN! ~ Consistent, deliberate, focused behavior! AMEN for new thoughts, new habits, new ideas, NEW FRIENDS
