Forks Township ushered in the holiday season Dec. 4 with its annual tree lighting ceremony that was sponsored by the Kiwanis Club and included music and a visit from Santa.

The choruses from and performed traditional holiday songs before the official lighting of the blue spruce donated by township resident Gary Sandt.
