About your job: Been in the restaurant business for 28 years. I started out busing tables in a family business, Pizza D'Oro on College Hill, Easton. I've had my own business since 1997. Here I do everything -- cooking ,ordering, hiring and firing.
What do you like best about your job? I like what I do. If I didn't, I wouldn't do it every day. I like my customers. And I like that I'm my own boss and don't have to answer to someone else.
