Freshman Luis Hernadez acted as catcher - usual Chase Bryant is out with an injury. Hernandez was a fan favorite, who hit a double and drove in an RBI. He also tagged Justin Pacchioli out at home in a play that prompted Easton fans to leap to their feet, cheering. The addition of a former Rover to the Nazareth team has been a factor in a traditionally strong rivalry between the schools.

The Rovers are heading into the post-season, and have put this game and the reunion behind them. They'll head into the district playoffs next week, though the schedule has not yet been announced.
