Sinkhole-Filled Road Reopens in Palmer
Palmer Township police report that Northwood Avenue has been reopened after sinkholes closed it late last week.
Northwood Avenue is open again.
After being shut for a few days, the key road connecting Forks Township to Palmer and Lower Nazareth townships has been reopened, the Palmer Township Police Department has reported.
The road was closed Thursday due to a water main break that caused two sinkholes.

Crews from Easton Suburban Water Authority worked around the clock to fix and fill the sinkholes and get the road reopened.
It had reopened on Sunday.
